Online consultations, booked like a chamber visit

Doctors Canvas lets a Bangladeshi doctor add an online consultation alongside their chambers, with its own schedule and fee, on Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp. Patients book it from the doctor's public profile like any chamber; the meeting link or WhatsApp number is sent only to the patient who booked, never shown publicly. Doctors Canvas's own in-app video call is coming soon.

Questions doctors ask

Can doctors in Bangladesh take online consultations with Doctors Canvas?

Yes. A doctor adds an online consultation in profile settings, picks Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp, and sets its fee and schedule. Patients then book it from the doctor's public profile on doctorscanvas.com.

How does a patient join an online consultation booked on Doctors Canvas?

For Google Meet and Zoom, the patient gives an email address when booking and receives the meeting link in the confirmation. For WhatsApp, the patient gives their mobile number and the confirmation includes a link to message the doctor on WhatsApp.

Is the doctor's meeting link or WhatsApp number public?

No. The link is stored privately and sent only to the patient who booked. Public profile pages, the doctors directory and search results show only that the doctor offers online consultation and on which platform.

Does Doctors Canvas have its own video call?

Not yet. Doctors Canvas's in-app video call is coming soon. Today, online consultations run on the doctor's own Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp.

Can I record the fee for an online consultation?

Yes. The online consultation has its own fee. On plans with Chamber Analytics & Payments, choosing Online on the prescription canvas fills that fee in automatically when you record the payment.
